Ingredients

• 10 oz Hickory Farms Farmhouse Cheddar, grated
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 10 oz Rotel, original
• ¼ Hickory Farms Our Signature Beef Summer Sausage
• ½ Cup milk
• Tortilla chips

Directions

1. Grate Hickory Farms Farmhouse Cheddar into a medium sized bowl
2. In a medium saucepan, mix Hickory Farms Farmhouse Cheddar, milk, and cream cheese together until completely melted and smooth
3. Heat and stir until melted
4. Add in Rotel and stir until it’s mixed well with cheese
5. Top with diced and sauteed Hickory Farms Beef Summer Sausage
6. Serve with your choice of tortilla chips
