Beef Tenderloin: For best results, check out these instructions for how to prepare our Beef Tenderloin Roast. Sides: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic from oven-safe tray and place directly onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165°F degrees. Cake: Defrost 3 hours at room temperature, or 12 hours in the refrigerator. Keep refrigerated and serve cool. Best if served within 4 days after defrosting. Serves 8.
